Michigan Swears In Its Newest Supreme Court Justice – Kyra Harris Bolden
January 4, 2023On January 1st, 2023, history was made as Kyra Harris Bolden was sworn into the Michigan Supreme Court – the first Black woman to serve on the highest court in the state. As the great-granddaughter of a lynching victim in the South, Bolden knows injustices echo down for generations.
