Veteran Democratic Strategist Joins The New Media Firm

The New Media Firm is pleased to announce that veteran Democratic strategist and campaign manager, Matt Burgess, is joining the firm as a principal working with candidates, organizations, and independent expenditures.
Matt will join the firm’s founding partners, Will Robinson and Tierney Hunt, and a team of dedicated professionals fighting for progressive causes and candidates. The New Media Firm was one of the first firms to bring a digital practice in-house next to traditional television advertising.
With an extensive background in communications and developing winning messages, Matt is a strategic partner and advisor to candidates, elected officials, and advocacy organizations across the country. Matt managed now-U.S. Senator Maggie Hassan’s 2012 campaign for governor of New Hampshire and Al Franken’s 2014 reelection campaign in Minnesota and has worked with Planned Parenthood, EMILY’s List, NARAL Pro-Choice America, End Citizens United, among other great progressive groups.
