The 2024 Election

November 15, 2024

While Democrats definitely did not get the result we wanted overall on Election Night, The New Media Firm is pleased to celebrate our client’s wins around the country.

This cycle we were so proud serve on the campaign team to elect Lisa Blunt Rochester to the United States Senate – making history as Delaware’s first female and first Black U.S. Senator, and to re-elect Congresswoman Ilhan Omar in Minnesota, and Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib in Michigan.

After helping Together for Progress and Fuse Washington with the biggest upset of the cycle in 2022, we joined them once again in WA-03 on a long-term, targeted streaming television and digital program to help re-elect Democratic Congresswoman Marie Gluesenkamp Perez and defeat Republican Joe Kent.

We were proud to add two more wins to our ballot inititiative record getting us to 87 wins total over our history.  No on 2109 in Washington State won with 64.09% of the vote defeating an effort to repeal the state’s capital gains tax. Yes on 3 in Massachusetts won with 53.8% of the vote allowing Uber and Lyft drivers to form a union.

We also helped several independent expenditures hold and flip U.S. Senate seats in Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin and U.S. House seats around the country. We’ll have more to share in the coming days and weeks on our 2024 work but want to thank our partners and clients and look forward to the fight ahead.
