Round Up: The 2025 Awards Season
May 27, 2025The New Media Firm is proud to have been recognized with two Pollie Awards, three Reed Awards, and three Telly Awards during the 2025 awards season for the impactful work we delivered in 2024.

Last week, at the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) Pollie Awards, we won Gold in the Ballot Initiative Division for our spot “Dan,” part of our work in the No on 2109 campaign in Washington State to defeat a harmful ballot initiative that would have slashed funding for education and childcare. Dan was one of the spots that helped us achieve a 64% victory.
“Safety,” produced for the One For All Committee, won a Gold Pollie for Best use of Celebrity and a Telly this year. The spot featured Law and Order’s Mariska Hargitay, and highlighted Kamala Harris as the strongest choice for President to ensure the safety of women and girls.
TNMF also received a Telly Award this year for Civics Teacher, a spot produced for Galvanize Action. This spot was a heartfelt lesson to a future first-time vote and an inspiring reminder that American democracy is worth believing in. Our work with the One For All Committee was also recognized with a Telly for a digital series that included ads Safety and Together.

Earlier this year, we won a Reed Award from Campaigns and Elections magazine for Best Snackable Online Video for our work helping elect United States Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester in Delaware. The winning ad, “Second Chance” was part of broad program to engage Black voters and focused on Blunt Rochester’s Clean Slate Act designed to expunge the records of people with low-level nonviolent offenses.
We were equally proud to be recognized with a Reed Award, along with Sage Media Planning and Placement and the Sierra Club, for Best Use of Digital Outdoor Advertising. The digital billboard drew attention to the ongoing cost of coal bailouts in Ohio, measured in dollars lost every single day.

We’re deeply grateful to our clients for their trust and partnership and looking forward to more successful work in the months and years to come.
