An inspiring story of caring educators

We recently had the honor of shooting an inspiring story for the North Carolina Association of Educators about a young woman who grew up in extreme poverty, and a group of public school educators who came to her aid and helped her get into Harvard.

The :30 spot and longer web video feature Harvard student Dawn Loggins, her former history teacher Larry Gardner, and a custodial supervisor named Junie Barrett who took an interest in Dawn and refused to let her fall through the cracks.

Thanks to Dawn, Larry and Junie for letting us tell their story, and to NCAE for highlighting the great work that public school teachers and staff do every day in North Carolina.
